When will the software be available?
The software for the first trade, plumbers and heating engineers, is being finalised. The other trades will follow. Sign up to be notified as soon as it launches, or to test the software before everyone else.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The software runs in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. If you wish, you can install it as an app, with its own icon: the steps are on the Download the app page. Your data is the same everywhere.
Which languages is the software available in?
French, Dutch, English and Spanish. Each user chooses their own language, even within the same business.
Can I customise the software with my own branding?
Yes. Add your logo, your slogan and your colour: they appear in the software and on your documents. You can also choose a theme with a background image and create a public page that brings your links together.
I'm switching from other software: can I bring my data with me?
Yes. You export your clients and your items in CSV format from your old software or your spreadsheet, and the software imports them, recognising the columns. Documents already issued stay in your old software.
Does the software send WhatsApp or SMS messages?
It prepares the message and opens WhatsApp or your SMS app with the text ready: you read it through and send it from your own number. There is no cost per message.
Is the software ready for mandatory e-invoicing?
Yes. Since 2026, invoices between Belgian VAT-registered businesses must be structured and sent over the Peppol network. The software prepares your invoices in this format.
Where is my data stored?
On servers located in the European Union. Each business's data is kept separate: no one other than you and your team has access to it.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. The monthly subscription comes with no commitment, and you can export your data.
