Privacy policy
Provisional version, valid for the pre-launch period. It will be expanded when the software opens.
Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is the publisher of the ClicCockpit website (see the legal notice). For any questions: sign-up form.
What data is collected?
Only the data you enter in the “Notify me at launch” form: your name, the name of your business (optional), your trade, your email address, whether you wish to become a tester, and any message you add. The date you signed up is also recorded.
If you leave a review on the “Reviews” page: your name, your business, your trade and your town, your rating, your text and your email address. The email address is never published: it is used only to check that the review comes from a tester. The review is published only with your agreement, and you can ask for it to be removed at any time.
If you write to us by email: your email address and the content of your message, solely in order to reply to you.
Why?
To notify you when the software for your trade launches and, if you have asked for it, to invite you to test it. Your data is used for nothing else: it is not sold, rented or passed on to third parties.
On what basis?
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us: your data will then be deleted. For the emails you send us, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
For how long?
Until the software for your trade launches, then for a maximum of twelve months after that, unless you become a client in the meantime. You can ask for your data to be deleted earlier. Emails are kept for as long as it takes to deal with your request, up to a maximum of twelve months.
Who has access to it?
Only the publisher of the website. The data is stored with technical service providers: Supabase (database, servers located in the European Union, in Ireland) and Netlify (website hosting and transmission of the form, a company established in the United States, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). Emails sent to our contact address pass through ImprovMX (a forwarding service, a company established in the United States, which keeps a technical log for seven days, without the content of the messages) and are received in an Outlook mailbox (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited).
Cookies and analytics
The website uses no advertising cookies or tracking tools. So no cookie banner is needed.
Font
The font used for headings is loaded from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited. To download it, your browser sends your IP address to that service. No cookie is set when this happens.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise these rights, write to us using the contact given above, stating your request. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
