A day with the software
For an extension, you build the quote item by item and send it for signature. Once it is signed, the deposit invoice goes out in one click. At the end of the job, the balance invoice picks up the quote and deducts the deposit, with the right VAT.

Can I invoice under the reverse charge?
Yes. You choose this VAT treatment on the invoice for a VAT-registered client: the VAT drops to zero and the legal wording is added automatically.
Does the software handle deposits?
Yes. A percentage deposit invoice is created from the quote, and it is deducted from the final invoice.
Can I price per cubic metre?
Yes. The available units include m², m³, metre, hour, piece and fixed price.
